Thomas the Tank Engine (OO Gauge)
This layout was built quite a few years ago as an excercise in fairly simple modelling for some of our members of the time who hadn't previously built a layout.
It has been a very popular exhibit at our exhibitions and toyfairs, and has recently been refurbished.
Two Sisters Sidings (OO Gauge)
This is a shunting puzzle diorama (along the 'Inglenook' theme) that was conceived as being the 'next stage' on from Thomas. Similar to 'Thomas' it is a 'hands on' layout for members of the public to try their hand at shunting wagons.
This is a loco depot layout set in the early 1960's, currently under construction
Nile Street Basin (O Gauge)
A small urban goods yard, set in North/East London. Depending on the stock available it is operated as either 1920's / 1930's or late 1950's.
After many years on the exhibition circuit ink it's original form, we are currently in the process of building a new section which will give an alternative configuration.
This layout was donated to the club, and is currently waiting for a little refurbishment after which we hope to make it available for exhibitions.
Botterill St Yard (O Gauge)
This layout depicts a small urban yard area, and can be operated as either a locomotive stabling facility or a wagon repair facility.
